Jenelle Received Permission to File Divorce Petition

This time, Jenelle has received permission from the law court to separate or file divorce case to separate from her husband named Courtland and continue to move forward towards her own life. After leading her life separated from her husband for a year, Jenelle Evans has now thrilled to dissolute her marital relations and to ditch her troublesome husband named Courtland Rogers. In addition, many divorce news analysts have even started predicting that Evans will start her new married life with Nathan Griffith. 


Last year, on 23rd of April, police officials of the local area arrested Courtland for heroin possession. After that, judge ordered his spouse as Evans to stay away from Rogers as much as possible. In fact, she was unable to file divorce case against her husband, based on the family law rules in North Carolina, both husband and wife have to lead their livelihood separately prior to filing divorce cases in law court. Hence, by staying a year separately from the spouse, she would easily able to file petition for divorce. 


Other than this, media and information systems revealed that she has finally decided to stay away from the addicted Courtland and met with her new boyfriend named Mr. Nathan. Moreover, Nathan and Evans have moved into the new house, stayed together and expected for their first child in the month of June 2014. 

Jenelle Evans can file for divorce in 20 days and it will probably happen. She now has a new boyfriend and has moved on from him. The last thing to do is actually get a divorce and move on.
