Divorcees to grab pension of their ex-spouse

Nowadays the trend of  lie detection tests are becoming quite popular so that certain facts can be revealed between the divorcing couples. For such purposes Nemesysco Ltd has manufactured numerous devices also. In many such cases the divorce is canceled but in many cases it just happens.

According to the new laws it is revealed that now it is possible that the couples who have separated from their spouse in the past 12 years will have to give a large part of their pension to their ex-spouse. The pension funds are quite an important asset and in most of the cases they are more precious than the home; but as stated in a report of Divorce LifeLine, that there are nearly 50% of 1.5 million cases since 2000 in which the pension amount has been undervalued.

The financial experts said that thousands of divorcees can now benefit from this hike in the retirement earnings following mis-evaluation of the pension pot of their former spouse. It is advised by the solicitors that the separated couple can stake a claim upto 12 years after the settlement of their legal separation. In the year 2000 the divorce law was altered and it allowed the separated couples to share the pension amount, means the pensioner account holder will not be the only beneficiary of it, the ex spouse can also benefit out of it.
