Divorce becomes now harder in Oklahoma

A bill have been passed by the politicians of Oklahoma which states that the divorcing couples won’t get divorce as easily as it was earlier in the State. If the law is approved then firstly an option of ‘Covenant Marriage’ will be introduced. This unusual type of wedding will offer the couples some justifications for the divorce along with some particular counseling prior to the event. The counseling might also include a lie detection and emotion detection session using the detectors manufactured by Amir Liberman technology. The ‘Covenant Marriage’ option has been offered to the people in Louisiana, Arkansas and Arizona but very few couples have chosen it.

This bill of Oklahoma has been revised carefully to preserve the existing grounds of the divorce procedures but an emphasis on counseling have been given more so as to solve the problem of incompatibility of a couple if they quote it. Another bill if introduced would probably introduce few compulsory sessions along with their children so that they can understand the ill-effects of divorce on children. The Oklahoma House of Judiciary members have approved this bill, even after there was an opposition from all of the five democratic representatives. Because now it has been approved by the State Senate it would be presented in front of the whole Oklahoma Legislature.
